• The NCT basic service fee is valid from 8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. on weekdays.

• If the Customer reports an error after 12 noon, and requests for service to be done that day, but NCT can finish the work after 6 p.m. only, the actual fees will be doubled for the period between 6 p.m.– 6 a.m.

There is an opportunity to rent CNC machine tools at NCT. The machine can be either retrofitted or a brand new one provided that it is equipped with NCT 304 control. The term of a rent is from 6 months till 5 years. Within the rental period the machine can be purchased at any time, or can be replaced by a machine of other type. The conditions of the rent are reliable background of the hirer, payment of the single deposit fee and monthly or quarterly rental fee.

Training is a standard service provided to the NCT products. Duration of the training can be 1, 2 or 3 days depending on what kind of grounding does the operator or technologist have, and what is the volume of the task. Our technologists hold the training not necessarily on non consecutive days. Experience gained for many years shows that some days are needed in between to understand and to practice knowledge acquired on the first day, thus material taught on following days will be more understandable and learnable for the users. It is possible to request more days of training, however we recommend trainings at the NCT Academy (nctakademia.hu) to acquire thorough knowledge.

There are several ways for you to indicate failure of machine tools with NCT control and NCT products, or products distributed by NCT. The level of failure varies from machine shot-down resulting in interruption in production to irregular operation. In more urgent cases, it is practical to report on error by phone, and then confirm it by sending e-mail about the subject-matter to the address hibabejelentes@nct.hu, for retrieval. When reporting, please provide us with the type and production number of the product, the name and availability data of the reporting person.

NCT has more than 20-year experience in solving problems relating to machine tool relocation. We undertake with guarantee to organize and arrange the process ranging from dismantling the machine to commissioning it at the new installation place. There is no size and distance limitation for the machine to be relocated. The minimum condition of undertaking this service is that the machine commissioned again must be equipped with NCT control.
